Therefore, Goertek implements first-class talents strategy to boost training and development of human resources and to realize the co-growth of Goertek and our employees. In 2024, there are 81,819 employees in total, serving in different business areas of Goertek.
Environmental protection, energy-saving and emission reduction and safer green products are important components of company’s sustainable development strategy. We deeply understand the importance of protecting environment and creating a sustainable society thus infuse environmental protection into every link of our operation process and whole product life circle. We have developed and implemented HSPM and EHS management system according to IECQ QC080000:2017 and ISO14001:2015, and receive internal and external examination every year. and the two systems are suitable for every area of Goertek and has been applied to environmental protection management of every stage in designing, developing, manufacturing, delivering and servicing process of Goertek's products.Ever since the company's operation, we have not been caught in any environment and product related transgression or punishment.
